Love love love this place! I was brand new to the Bootcamp/Crossfit atmosphere but everyone here was SO nice, hospitable and made me feel welcomed. I'm having a tough time without the classes here in Australia but Derek would be proud that I'm RUNNING on my own!! :) Can't wait to come back in December!!!
I recently joined and the guys there was very encouraging even when I felt like I couldn't do it, they made me want to not disappoint them. I'm glad I join the team and I can't wait until one month from now when I'm breezing thru the work outs and can see my transformation.
