I just relocated from Dallas to WPB and have been involved in CrossFit since 2017. I would 100% recommend this gym. All the coaches are clearly knowledgeable, helpful and visibly show their passion for the sport.
The Crossfit Squad gym was very welcoming and fun! The WOD was challenging and the coaches were supportive and energetic.
I’ve been visiting for the month of June and I’ve had the best experience here. Coaches are super smart and the programming is really good. They have a really good community as well.
I was nervous to start but everything can be scaled to your fitness level. I recommend signing up for CrossFit and peak physique. For me the combination of those classes can really improve you're overall fitness levels dramatically and achieve your goals faster than expected.
I was hesitant to try Crossfit as I am 47 years old and I've never tried the workout before. The coaches were so welcoming and supportive. They took their time and continue to provide hands on coaching. I am feeling more confident everyday, thanks to The Crossfit Squad.
Great coaches, great community! Every coach helps so much, they give all their time and effort in making you a happy, heavy lifting athlete! Love this place and everything about it. Highly recommend signing up, you won’t regret one second.
