Giving it a 2 instead of a 1 because the woman that answered the phone and took my info was very friendly and had a great demeanor Unfortunately they took over 2 days to get back to me and I’m sure I’m not alone when I say having computer issues is a bit of a priority… such that I would expect someone to get back to me sooner than they did I found someone that was able to fix it right away: discount Electronics in Austin They also have longer hours, open until 7 rather than 5
The response from Fernando was prompt and he stayed with me until my printer problem was solved. I would recommend this company to anyone with a minor problem to a major issue!
