The Cricket Club Condo, like all 50 yr old Miami warerfront buildings, finds itself facing headwinds in the form of FL state mandated capital improvements and other cost increases, a function of; general inflation - higher insurance premiums, increased property taxes etc. All comparable aged condos are in the same position.
