RecommendedLoving The Crescent! Move in was super easy and leasing staff was extremely helpful! The location is great! The building is amazing! Balconies are extra large. The feel is like living in an actual community.

The assistant property manager, Aaron, is absolutely amazing and I have never once seen the actual property manager, Barry. Aaron def deserves a pay raise or promoted. He does an AMAZING job running the building. The Crescent is also pet friendly and The process of getting our emotional support dog registered w. The building was seamless. The only group I have is that owners do not obey the on leash laws in WeHo and the building. That is put in place so that your dog does not get hit by a car or attacked by another dog. I love The Crescent Apartments! Any maintenance issues I've ever had were taken care of in under 24 hours. The office staff have always been so friendly to us and definitely make this place our home away from home.

After one month of living here, I have been very pleased. Everyone is super helpful and any problems we had upon moving in have been resolved quickly. The common areas are always kept very clean and the whole building feels very safe. I would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a new spot. And you absolutely cannot beat the location!

I'm going into my second year as a resident here with my pup. I have a one bedroom and really love everything about this building. They keep it really clean and safe (onsite security). Barry, the leasing and community manager, is extremely attentive and respectful -- like he wants to make sure you're having a great living experience there and also that others don't damper that great experience. I've been a resident since March 2018 and I absolutely love the building! The staff has been nothing but responsive and courteous, and any maintenance request i've put forward has been addressed basically same-day. The pool and gym are both very well maintained as are the rest of the grounds itself. I'm grateful for having found this building and look forward to living here for some time.

Great place to live in, very clean and friendly. maintenance always makes sure to take care of any needs your apartment might have. Also new updates like our pool area and fitness center. I stay in The Crescent Heights community and I recommend to anybody who is looking for a peaceful and home environment.
