I would give no stars if I could. Worst customer service ever.when ordered said would be delivered by Christmas, just got email was shipped on the 27th. Website said orders after 12/23 would be shipped on 12/27. Bad service.
Cravory cookie have made the best Christmas gift for my far away family members. This year we shipped them to New York, Texas & Ventura county. All recipients were thrilled with their cookie gifts! Best part is greeting that the cookies still tastes so fresh after being delivered!
These are truly the BEST cookies! Perfection! Not only are the cookies amazing, but so is the service. Truly a great gift for friends and clients.
I bought a monthly cookie subscription for my parents as a Christmas gift last year, things were fine until a month ago when their address was suddenly changed by the company from their Oklahoma address to a random Arizona address. I contacted them via email and the customer service rep assured me it was fixed. Best gingerbread cookie I've ever eaten. I've had a few different cookies from Cravory and they are delicious!
Stationed in San Diego since 2009, I have not found any other cookie place that tastes even close to what The Cravory bakes!!! Love,love,love their cookies!!! Try them all, you won't regret it!
