In December, I placed an online order for a 6 month cookie subscription as a gift of 1 dozen cookies each month. Somehow I signed up for 6 dozen to be delivered once a month for 6 months—6 dozen arrived in December in one shipment to the recipient! I called and talked to Joannah who immediately changed the order without charging me for 5 more months and even gave an additional month! I confirmed a delivery change from customer service representative in November to only find out a few days ago that they couldn’t process the delivery through the mail carrier. The cookies were a gift for my grandmothers birthday on Dec. 20th were supposed to be delivered on the 18th. Now it’s arriving on the 23rd. I’m really upset about this and wouldn’t recommend ordering from The Cravory. Hopefully the cookies do arrive on the 23rd.
Why did you guys change the cookie recipe? Now the cookies and dry and don’t taste the same� Fix this please
