Went to the Point Loma location after dinner...Staff was so friendly and gave us tastes. Bought 3 cookies and I have to say...I need to figure out the Rosemary Balsamic cookie recipe!!! :-D

I received a subscription from my daughter for my birthday last December. I LOVE every cookie I've received, and have also bought extra of the flavors we loved the most. One month there was a problem with one cookie missing from my box. The problem was quicky and sufficiently resolved. All orders have come as promised, and they taste SOOO good! How they think of all the flavors and mix in's, I'll never know, lol. Great product, great gift!! Happy customer�

My first and only experience was ordering a dozen to be sent to NYC for a favorite aunt who loves chocolate. I ordered it to be delivered today on Valentine's Day, but the email and notices I received said it won't be delivered until tomorrow. Their website should've noted if a 2/14 delivery was not possible. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth when I haven't even tried any of their cookies. Will no longer order from OR visit their store. Placed an online order 3 days ago. I got a confirmation order that it was received and they of course successfully charged my card but I have not been notified of the order being shipped and I can't get ahold of anyone via email or phone call. Not impressed at all. I probably won't ever see the cookies I ordered or my money again. Don't support this business.

I bought a monthly cookie subscription box for my grandmother for Christmas. The first month was shipped to a non existent address and ultimately was sent back to the company. I tried contacting the company via email and left messages at the 800 number multiple times over the last two months and have yet to receive a response. The second box has now been shipped to the wrong address once again. I left multiple messages this week with still no response. Not pleased with the service.
