We put in an application for a rental unit through Cox & Cox Group. Over the next month, we had to constantly email Mr. David Cox for updates. He strung us along for over four weeks. Finally, when we emailed him with an ultimatum, he responded back right away saying that someone else had already been given the place. We received no notification prior to that. Unpleasant and stressful experience
Great customer service and very hands on. My client used them for her home in Georgetown. They go out of their way to keep close ties to current and past clients. That sets them apart in a sea of agents in DC.
