Fabulous restaurant, delicious food, professional waitstaff, owners attentive to their guests, very satisfied so far. :)
Went Friday night waited almost 4 hours to eat after we were seated. People walked out.
Waited a hour for the entrees finally cancelled! the oysters were great and at least they came out on time. One star for now will try them again in a few months.
DISCRACEFUL! It's unfortunate to say my party had an awful experience. The management is shameful and not helpful, nor did they care to listen. Why would you make a reservation to then be sat 2 hrs after the reservation time? Makes no sense. I think they need to rethink their management because we were not impressed! No customer service here! Stay away!!
Great experience here! Staff and management were nice pleasant and so helpful! Our meals were nothing short of perfect...best scallops I've ever had! Atmosphere was beautiful bright and inviting and the deck was amazing! Defiantly be back.
this is what the city needed . so give them a chance.
Seems really promising but seeing as I had a 7pm reservation and it's after 8 and haven't been seated yet ....at 750 we were told of 7 walk ins ahead of us . Don't take reservations if you don't know how to honor them . So many open tables and angry customers . No apologies from staff or management .
Went there on Tuesday, July 29th. Sat on the outside deck to watch Chris James. Waited an hour before a waitress came over to us to take our order. Waited another 20 minutes for our drinks and 45 more minutes for our food. Asked for decaf tea and was told that there wasn't any. Really?? Then she further explained that the kitchen was so backed up that she didn't want to ask where the tea was kept. Seriously! Horrible service!
