Finally went to the cove for my birthday. Everyone talked about how great it was. LIE, LIE, LIE. To start off the experience the hostess was taking a personal phone call for another worker. It takes 10 min to take a message. After she got off the phone no I'm sorry, nothing. She then asked if we wanted a table. "No we don't want a table we want to eat standing up. Not so good ..
Very disappointed. The place is beautiful and the food is good but the prices are a little on the upside...probably to keep out the riffraff. Unfortunately the service is horrible! Had a 5:45 reservation so went to be seated on the deck. We were 7 minutes early and even though there were 6 or 7 empty tables, the girl told us we could get a drink at the bar and come back at 5:45. Hands down the worst service I've ever experienced. Checked in at noon, ordered at 12:30 and received our food at 1:40. We were told by our waiter 40 minutes into our wait that our food was delivered to the wrong table and our new food would b out soon. Not once did a manager come over to apologize or ask us if there were anything they could do for us. Upon finishing our meal the server immediately delivered our check (nothing comped) and sent us on our way. With this type of "Customer Service" not sure it's worth a second c... read more

Honestly. It was the night of the soft opening. Everything was great. Sure the staff and management have some issues to work out. I'm sure things will even out over time. The Management put lots of time and energy into making the Cove possible. See you again soon. Thank you
We went last night had and had a great time. Beautiful outdoor bar and deck, really friendly servers, and the food was very good. I had the seafood stew and LOVED it, as well as the mussels for an appetizer. I would never knock the staff for being slow--they have only been open for a short time! Our waitress was really great, always let us know when things were coming out. I'd much rather have a slower, friendly, attentive server then one who is making you feel rushed any day!
Love it.......been 4 times and no complaints........food was good , servers (and Elroy) were very pleasant.......have eaten indoors and on outside deck.........looking forward to more visits
