Outdated apartments, lots of roaches with dog crap covering the property. very rude office staff.
Recommendedspace is amazing in the apartments and the community is awesome
lived here for a very short time with my ex-boyfriend. they have the most unreasonable fees for everything you do. the property manager Patty, is extremely rude and condescending. there is dog feces all over the property.
I would avoid this place at all costs. Office staff is nasty and they really stick you on move out.

RecommendedWe have lived here for 6 months so far and have had a wonderful experience. The apartments are spacious and very well maintained. The leasing and maintenance staff are always helpful and very kind. When we have had any maintenance requests, they were taken care of immediately. We really enjoy living here at The Cove.
