Set in an old lake lodge, the County Line on the Lake is right on Bull Creek just off Lake Austin, and has been well known for years as the place in Austin to take out-of-town guests. Cocktails on the large redwood deck over- looking the water are a must. We have live music every night on the patio so come down and enjoy live music and the BBQ on the lake!

I felt like the sliced brisket was kind of bland and covered in sauce. The sausage was ok. Stomach not feeling so great after eating there. Could not eat the sides.

An iconic Austin original in one of the most beautiful locations in the city. The service is great and if you haven't tried the beef ribs you're missing one of life's greatest BBQ meals anywhere.
The brisket was excellent. I loved sitting by the river and having family fun time.
Great food, great service.. the atmosphere of the whole place is perfect for a family meal, or a fun night out!!! I will definitely be going back for more!!!
Good bbq, tasty sauce, beans were delicious, and great view! We went on a Sunday and there was no wait!
My husband and I decided to stop in for a celebratory lunch. Got seated right away and then nothing. We left after 15 minutes of totally being ignored. No drinks, no nothing. The really sad part about it, is it was 2 in the afternoon. Not a soul in the restarant and two other parties on the deck. When we left, there was no one to be found in the restaurant. Poor way to run a restaurant. Now we know better.
A very good experience. Friendly wait staff.. My food was served hot. Didn't wait long for it either.
