Set in an old lake lodge, the County Line on the Lake is right on Bull Creek just off Lake Austin, and has been well known for years as the place in Austin to take out-of-town guests. Cocktails on the large redwood deck over- looking the water are a must. We have live music every night on the patio so come down and enjoy live music and the BBQ on the lake!

very disappointing. two meat platter 3 slices of brisket one all fat. beef rib ciut next to bone no meat on it . keep driving by....many other bbq in area.
Food was great and very reasonably priced. Wait staff was friendly as were all the employees including the management. The view was great from almost every seat. Look forward to our next dining experience.

You guys. Seriously. We made a reservation WEEKS in advance, were greeted by the hosts, seated, then asked to MOVE AFTER BEING SEATED (six people in tow, including two kids) from a cozy corner spot to a middle-of-the-aisle and in-the-way-of-every-passerby spot. FOR NO GOOD REASON. Thanks for the free bread as inconvenience-compensation (???) but this experience won’t soon be forgotten. What the heck! I was so embarrassed that I had recommended this place for our birthday celebration get-together.
Most Excellent juicy Brisket EVER! Sides are awesome as well. Beautiful view of stream. Get there early for the Juicy Brisket while it lasts.
