Great place to live, cute cottages and great living environment. Management is very nice and helpful as well. Jason and Shelby look out for each residents best interest. I definitely recommend living here!
I absolutely LOVE The Cottages and the staff, Jason is one of the nicest people i know, and Shelby is awesome! The property is beautiful, i really dont know why anyone would choose to live at any other student housing complex. The Cottage itself is not only beautiful inside and out, but their standards are really high here when it comes to cleanliness, and and maintaining the property. NUMEROUS thefts and break ins. No fence in back to keep out intruders. VERY UNSAFE!
