Would not recommend. Parking is not well lit. Multiple cars broken into last night. Frequent issues with gate not closing properly with lengthy repair time.
Have had a lot of issues with management, kinda like a little squad with a power hungry leader. Received an email being threated that i will have to pay pet fees for my dog, The catch is if they took time to check on things they could see they've been charging me for a dog since i moved in. Get it together Cottages.
They think of themselves and just want money the don't notify you at all of any problem and will tow a vehicle just bcuz it's not driven daily
