Need Better security... as my son’s vehicle has been broken in to and also damaged.. Bugs!!!! Were not truthful when I asked about overages before leasing! This is just a few of the issues!!!

Don’t judge a book by its cover! The cottages look good from the outside, but it’s a terrible place to send your student! They charged my daughter overages every month for electricity, but she was never able to see a bill or even look at her meter. For all she knows they were making up charges. They pushed her to renew her lease within a month of living there, saying rent was going up and she needed to renew to keep the same rent price. They bombarded her with emails until she renewed, which was before she knows how horrible... read more
Lived here for two years (Aug 2014- Jul 2016) and loved it so much I applied to work here. Never had any problems with management and the maintenance crew is top notch and super friendly. Definitely was a nice change of pace from the traditional apartment style. The noise reduction from not having so many neighbors made studying at home much more enjoyable. The community is very nice and pet friendly. I loved being able to walk my dog throughout the property. 10 out 10 would recommend.
