Perhaps the most appalling customer service experience I have ever had. To start, the phone line to call in for MAC Cosmetics does not provide options that are helpful and it is really hard to speak to someone live. I have wasted HOURS of my time over the course of the last 2+ weeks trying to get a resolution to an issue. Something horrible happened to me as a direct result of being lied to by not one but two different customer service agents. Horrible customer service. I placed an order and later that day tried to add to my order. Agent said to cancel the order and reassured me it wasnt shipped. Two days later I received notification that it was shipped and I was charged. A week later I didnt receive my order. I checked the tracking and it was sent back to sender. Meanwhile they have charged me and never sent me the product. I called again and the agent said she would submit a request for credit that would take another **** days for refund. In exchange for an astronomically high tuition, Aveda Institute provides you with a hostile learning environment. They are one of the only hair schools around the ********* area that issues financial aid, so no matter how they treat their students, they'll still get paid. I would encourage you to look elsewhere for a hair school to attend.

Terrible customer service of ***********************************************. I connected 3 customer representatives to cancel order on the same time I place order. they all said the order is cancelled but I still receive it. One of them said'Its just a system error. You will not receive the product. If ever you will receive it just feel free to contact us again." When I receive the product and connect them, they just tell me how to return it. It seems no one care about customer's time and feeling. Really disappoint.

Placed an online order on a Wednesday when I received confirmation of order I saw the wrong delivery address even though I previously changes. I called immediately within 15 minutes of making order the representative said she could not change address and would have to cancel order and I would have to reorder so I did reorder with faith that the previous order was canceled. Horrible Estee Lauder online experience. Nothing available for the rewards redeem, so I have to contact the **************** to get my points redeemed. I was offered one option to redeem my points, however nothing happened after 5 days. My sister has difficulty with a debilitating neurological disorder and does not always buy things with care or thought for her budget. I help her with many returns from many companies. We have been in touch with this consumer, confirming that the order placed on 9/3 was submitted using the same email address that was provided for previous orders, and that subsequent order-related communications would have been sent to that same email address on file. We relayed that oftentimes, order-related communications are incorrectly identified as SPAM by the email service provider. We also confirmed that packing slips and return labels are not included in online orders in an effort to reduce waste.

I placed an order for their Spring Mystery Box on Too Faced U.S. website to be shipped to ******. There was a glitch in their system which showed a $28 lower price. I was pleasantly surprised that they confirmed order and shipped it thinking that they would honour the lower price in good faith. I was able to track the order to ********* **** and then not able to track further. I placed an order with too faced on March 15, 2021. I received an email saying that the order had shipped on March 17, 2021. It is now almost June and I have not received it. I emailed them and they never responded. I tried resolving online and it was impossible to get help. This is probably the worst online experience I have ever had. I thought that they would be trustworthy due to the fact that they are a major company, but apparently this issue is common.
