BUYER BEWARE! I never received an online order I placed and paid for just over three months ago. I attempted to find out why I never received the order by calling the customer service department THREE different times. Each time I was told a replacement order was being "expedited" to me, yet I never received the order of my products. I would give this company 0 stars, but the BBB does not let you. Endocrine disruptors & carcinogenic ingredients hidden under plant powered and environmentally friendly marketing just to charge you 3x's the price of true clean/green products. I am ashamed to have used these products for years without looking into their ingredients more thoroughly. The reviews on the website are obviously fraudulent. There are a ton from the Pacific NW, and the spelling of the cities is often wrong - always 5 star reviews with broken English. It actually should be looked into and there should be consequences for the company. Most of the other positive reviews are from free samples of the products. Also, their return policy is awful. This is literally the shadiest company. It's truly sad to say considering I worked for the company for a couple of years. I had my online account for YEARS. My most recent order was charged the incorrect amount, and it took me 5 separate tries with their chat support to get my correct refund that I was owed! I was owed a $98 refund. They refunded 20 cents! So I figured it was a technical issue and gave them another chance. They then refunded only $30. MAC PRO reached out to this customer to resolve the issue.At some point, the customer's account was deactivated. Due to a typographical error, when the account was reinstated, there was a spelling error with the customers email address. We can confirm that this customer's MAC PRO account is active. We explained the above to the customer, and requested she confirm if she would like her account history moved to her correct email address. We also extended an e-Gift Card toward a future order as a gesture of goodwill.

I bought 6 items from the *********** ** store,I got the wrong shade of makeup and they refused to exchange the makeup for the exact same makeup in a lighter color

All the comments below regarding how horrible their customer service is absolutely correct. Ive used Este Lauder since I was a teenager (now 30s), thus have spent thousands of dollars with this company. On a recent online order, the wrong shade of foundation was sent, so I returned the order. One month after *** confirmed my returned items were received by their warehouse, they still wont process my refund of less than $75after multiple escalations with customer service reps, still nothing. Racist much? Steal much? Tangerine Aveda Salone is run by a racist, who also deceives paying customers with a 60-minute facial when it is only 50 minutes. When I inquired that my facial was 50 minutes, she actually said that it is 50 minutes but will charge for 60 minutes. After one of the 'master' stylists butchered my hair, I scheduled for M to fix my hair. The owner, standing next to M, basically said she couldn't fix my hair 'because of the way my hair grew.' When booking a spa appointment for 60 minutes, we allow 60 minutes for your appointment plus 15 minutes for the Esthetician to clean up/set up for her next appointment.
