Worst customer service. Ive called over ten times for a return. First they wouldnt send me a return label for a week. Next they told me I need to return the free sample that came with the order which I did not keep. Finally I took the item to *** to return and they said I need to drive it to the nearest *** hub one hour away. I called Este Lauder again and they told me there is nothing they can do to help me. Very rude cs **** ********* or ******** or something like that.Accused me if wanting to return counterfeit aveda products. I am appalled that this company hires these people. They are unprofessional, unpleasant and offensive. One representative told me to e Return it to the store which i did and the store refused to help me. Second representative said I should have kept the receipt and it could be counterfeit. First of all, I want to say that this is the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life over 30 years, and I NEVER filed a complaint before. I went to the Cosmetics Company Store(CCS) at ********** ** ***** in the morning around 10am on 6/10/2023. I was the only person in the store. My sweet husband tried to surprise me for my birthday with a gift card to be used at my favorite salon/spa for a facial and a massage. He mistakenly thought that because it was an Aveda salon that meant that they would take an Aveda gift card. Apparently, this is not the case. There are no Aveda salons in our area that I can find that will accept Aveda gift cards for services. I placed an order last month and I didn't receive it, I called customer service to ask about my package, they said I have to go to *** to pick it up. I told them I was busy and couldn't get there and the package was delayed for more than 2 weeks and I don't want it anymore, please help me send it back to the company sender (Este Lauder), they agreed and waited for a while. few days they will refund my credit card. I am a long time MAC customer, and have been disappointed in the conflicting information listed on the website vs what is provided by customer service (**). ************ tempt customers with promotions, and if you buy a lot, you will find the date is out of the validity period, and they are not responsible. The customer service is very rude. They say sorry for the inconvenience but never solve problems. Don't buy anything from them!
