Worst customer service. Ive called over ten times for a return. First they wouldnt send me a return label for a week. Next they told me I need to return the free sample that came with the order which I did not keep. Finally I took the item to *** to return and they said I need to drive it to the nearest *** hub one hour away. I called Este Lauder again and they told me there is nothing they can do to help me.
