Made an appointment online went in at said time and was told we dont have him down and to come back later cause they are getting ready for a meeting
Dr Stanley orthopedic surgeon is the greatest Dr! He is so nice and knows what he's doing. You'll be in good hands!
Read some of the predatory billing reviews on Facebook and Yelp and decided to go in anyway for an appointment. Man am I sorry that I didn't listen, I got a multi hundred dollar bill two months after the fact for a standard appointment and now its impossible to get a hold of the billing department. If you are thinking of going here, even as an insured patient. Look elsewhere in Corvallis for other options unless you want to get stuck with a huge bill.
Predatory billing. Had a test run in May; MD never called back with results. After multiple calls, I was given an appointment with her colleague just to get the results...BUT WAS BILLED A SECOND TIME for the pleasure. One procedure... two bills. When I've called to discuss this, I do not get a credible response. Though this was not the first time I've had a bad business experience with this organization, it will be my last.
I needed to speak with a doctor and the Clinic on Monroe across campus, got me in quickly the same day. The doctor was amazing and so was the medical assistant. Dr Kingsley was able to answer all my questions, she was sympathetic for the loss I had recently experienced, made me feel extremely comfortable, and gave me a few recommendations for a couple of doctors that are local. I'm so happy I went in. I will definitely be going back. It's been a while since I was that comfortable at the doctor's.
