Although I had missed two previous appointments, Dr Van de Graf took me in hand and treated some needy skin spots. Thanks to him and his staff.
Had to go to my Dr per my employer to get health screening, letter to Dr office to bill as preventive care at no charge. Clinic refuses to bill as preventive, billed as a medical visit and sent me a $300 bill, they refuse to rebilled it correctly even with the letter from my employer. Total BS!
Immediate Care is a joke. Receptionist is rude and unpleasant. I left before even trying to do paperwork because she kept brushing me off while standing in line. I will not visit immediate care again.
I have been going to The Corvallis Clinic since I was born!! I bring my boys here and will always continue to come!! I am so happy to be apart of such an amazing team that strives to make a difference in people's lives every day!
This place is absolutely awful!! If I could give negative stars, I would! My daughter was just there (today). She is very sick with blood in her urine and terrible pain. She had to leave work because of the pain. They took a urine sample, told her it would be two days for the results to come back and sent her on her way with no pain meds or anything! I am truly disappointed with the Corvallis Clinic . YOU DO NOT LISTEN TO YOUR PATIENT. In Feb I came to the FP DR after being sick I told them all the symptoms and they went there merry way doing this that and the other thing with out doing what i was requesting I wanted top see a gastroenterologist so after they suggested it was in my head ( ya know they could not figure it out so of course it was anxiety) I walked out and over to Mid Valley and got an appointment to see a gastroenterologist and he had a upper endoscopy don... read more
I have gone to The Corvallis Clinic for all of my health needs since I was a child. I have always received the best care and had positive experiences with physicians and medical staff in many different departments. Many people I know go to the clinic for their care, including all of my family in the area. They are well-known for making patients feel like family.
I have for over 5 weeks been trying to contact a manager, then admin, now I am just going to my attorney. I can't believe the lack of professional conduct, patient care, and it is beyond me how some of those have jobs. I would also like to remind those CMA who like to call patients back and identify themselves as, Dr X Nurse, that is against that law to identify yourself as a nurse when in fact you are not. Section 45 of the Nurse practice act can give you all that info...how does 5000 in civil fines and a year in jail sound... read more
