The move from NYC to DC in 2024 ushered in a ton of living options. Neighborhood, amenities, building size, unit layouts, etc. After 21 viewings, I walked into The Corcoran and immediately knew I found my new home. How can you rent in this place if they dont pick up the phone??? I am a potential client, bad business!
I agree with the other reviewer, no one returns your call about scheduling a showing or even asking about the prices. I was even in the area and the leasing agent on the door line just said use the website and hung up.
Nobody returns call or emails !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
