great price and the techician went the extra mile to ensure that the job was done right!
The swamp cooler works very well now that it's installed. Installation was problematic. It was not installed properly the first go round, so it required 2 additional visits. There is no service window, so I waited all day for a call or visit, and I had to take another day for technicians to come out. The water faucet was not adequate for the swamp cooler so I had to spend an additional $400 over and above the quoted price. I got three quotes and these guys were definitely not the cheapest, though they were the only ones that mentioned multiple vents throughout the house, which was a big deal for me. They came and installed the cooler and everything went very smoothly. They cleaned up after themselves and got it looking very nice. The problems began after installation, though, when the cooler didn't actually cool anything. It just blew air. Every thing about this company is 1st class. The sales person that came out was great, she explained everything about the cooler, and helped us to decide where to put the vents. The installers were very good, and did a great job, and cleaned up after they got finished which after working in the attic the rooms were spot\less. The price was very, very much less than Sears, and we got more vents. We are very satisfied with the Cooler Company. The cooler works great, much better than expected.
