From the initial quote to the end of install, everyone was completely professional and respectful. The inital guy who quoted us spent an hour explaining in detail everything. He was so nice. The Breezaire system they installed is a dream! I highly recommend them.
I am thoroughly impressed by The Cooler Company's service and ease of interaction. First off the sales rep who visited my house was very knowledgeable, efficient and could negotiate price on the spot. The project was started within a week during the middle of COVID.
