Bagel sandwiches are ok. Not worth it.
They'll give you discounted refills on coffee and tea if you ask really nicely
If you have time to kill, the bagel factory in squirrel hill (on Forbes) is much, much better.
This place is actually awful. Bring back Kiva Han
The chicken soup with matzoh balls is amazing.
Very overpriced for a mediocre, glorified bagel place. Slow, unfriendly service, and you can forget about connecting to their wi-fi.
French toast is always a good choice :0)
For some reason, I keep going back. The food and coffee is fine, but I'm not sure that they've ever given me what I ordered.
Only one power outlet upstairs (hallway), the wifi is merely adequate, and the staff can be a bit incompetent. On an order, they asked us once, "How well do you want your chicken cooked?" Um..
