This is one of the places that mandate you wear a mask even if you have exemptions for the state. Was told they would call the police if I did not leave the store. I do not recommend this place to anyone. No exceptions !!!

So we are remodeling some of the house and we went to The Container Store to get a closet kit. Some of you know about her heart issues. The design was complete and we were about to drop a grand. Wife’s allergies are really bad today and she dropped her mask below her nose. The guy helping us flipped out like she had a penis on her face and said you can’t be in here with your mask off! Went in today to buy a couple baskets and my minor son didn’t have a mask on. So some lady (Raven) said something about getting one for him, ok, cool. Then she walks away to go grab me baskets from the back and walks up to another associate and proceeds to talk about my wife. As I walk in the same direction she stops talking. Walks away and continue to talk about my wife. Professionalism at its best right here. Will not be coming back to or shopping at this store again.
Guess who just lost a customer today??? I have ordered from The Container Store many times. I love organization and this store was a dream place for me, but no longer. I ordered a desk top on 8/7. Instead of paying more for shipping than the actual item, I decided to do the pick up in store option. I selected 8/17 for my pick up date.
