Purchased an online order and waited WEEKS, NO shipping date was given when it was ordered. Also purchased an order for store pickup for an item IN STOCK, and it was 2 weeks before it was available for pickup! The store item online. availability doesn’t match their actual store inventory. The store in Rockville MD was very disorganized which is ironic for an organization store. The staff was not very helpful. I was asked to call the store to verify my additional order had arrived. I have been waiting over 15 minutes for someone to pick up. The cashier did wish me good luck when I placed the order and implied they rarely answer calls. Now I am stuck having already paid for the item… See more

I placed an order in July, still haven’t received it, and get no updates. I have emailed at least 5 times and called customer service many times only to be on hold for hours. Very disappointed!
It is not necessarily this store but it’s the business. I understand we are in different times but why give me the option to buy online and deliver when the company can not keep up delivery schedules. Also I asked if I can pick up my order since it’s taking awhile but they cannot do it because it’s processing. Dear Container Store update your system so you can react to changes.
Not once but twice I’ve tried to get my closet designed, and they can’t help me. You need to have helpful staff being told no one can help.
Do not shop here!!!!!!!!!
