Was not happy they gave our room away ( mother and father of the groom). But manager on duty worked it out to make us happy. Pool area was very poor. Building needs more maintenance staff. Loose wires untighten things Things that don't work . Felt wedding planner didn't do her job properly. Now on to the good. Food was very good. Bartender was very helpful. Atmosphere was outstanding. Cleaning staff was outstanding and very helpful.
Great place! The folks are great to work with. I would (and I have) recommend anybody looking for a venue for a party, reception, etc. to give them a shot... I'm glad we did!
The banquet facilities are fantastic! And our jacuzzi suite was comfortable and clean. Loved it!
Andy and Deanna exceeded every expectation we had. They were absolutely amazing. They are both such genuine people who sincerely enjoy helping people have a memorable day and make it memorable every step of the way as well. Quick, immediate responses anytime we contacted them. They helped coordinate the entire day for a flawless ceremony and reception. I could go on and on forever. Bed broken, no coffee decanter, no blow dryer, no extra towels! Longest check in EVER! No customer service!
Your hall is beautiful but your hotel rooms have bed bugs. My friend and her two children stayed there for a week, switched rooms twice and left full of bed bug bites. Please look into this.
