Beautiful Place ! Staff were awesome and very friendly ! Rooms were clean and cozy ! The jacuzzi in the rooms were a great plus ! Was very impressed on how long they serve breakfast in the morning 11:00 on weekends ! Whooo hooo get to sleep in some and still get your breakfast . That was awesome !! Are all around stay was very pleasant and would stay again in the future if I am traveling to this area again !! I rate this hotel A++++ 👍

Front desk staff was nice...but got to the room and beds are saggy and hard and not at all comfortable . Sheets were stained with something greyish black on one of our beds, and bathroom was questionable Cable was limited with only 15 channels on an old box TV and WiFi was sporadic at best . Will be looking for a different hotel tomorrow. To tired to switch tonite. :0 ( Ps...just got woken up by housekeeping. ..glad they seem to enjoy their jobs. ...but boy are they noisy. ...and they have potty mouths. This rating is only for the wedding venue. I just had my wedding here this past saturday and everything was fantastic! The venue itself is gorgeous! The event coordinators, Deanna and Andy were both very helpful and pleasant all of the times that we spoke prior to the event. The day of the wedding everything ran smoothly and on time. The hall was set up beautifully. The food was really good. Stayed a few days while in area for a wedding held there. Wedding was really nice but the room was the pits. Beds don't get made(manager told me they only provide "pull up service on stay-overs) maid left dirty coffee cup on table in room, trash not pulled once. Maid walked in at a little after 9am without knocking or announcing herself. Slammed door when she realized we were there. Eggs at breakfast were tasteless and people in breakfast room were openly making comments about low quality of food. Spoke with manager about co... read more

Do NOT stay here. The beds are hard, the electronics are out of date (the phone was missing half of the buttons), and the worst thing of all was the service. Rarely got any acknowledgement, they did not do anything to the room other than replace towels, "made the bed" (their idea of making a bed is pulling the covers up and leaving the pillows as they were), they left trash that wasn't ours in the room, and one lady walked into our room without knocking or anything. We had our daughter's wedding here. From the very first time that her and her ( now) husband went there to check it out, until we left there this morning they continually exceeded our expectations! Andy, Deanna and the staff were AMAZING! Thank you for making a special day even better. The hall and promenade, where the ceremony took place, are beautiful. We whole-heartedly recommend the ConCorde Inn of Clinton Township...The Damico Family
