Every event we’ve attended or hosted at The ConCorde has been wonderful. The wait-staff does a great job, and are very polite and accommodating. Our good times at the ConCorde were enabled and enhanced by our experienced and talented event planner Deanna L. We’ll use the ConCorde in the future and tell others!
The whole place needs an overhaul. I travel for bridal parties so we are there often & the air in the hallways is always broken & hot which makes it smell terrible throughout the hotel. The elevators are also hot & always have issues working. The rooms are very old looking & outdated. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone except for an event, the ballroom & atrium is pretty.
The tape holding the carpet down when we got off the elevator was just the beginning. The bed was awful, the wall paper was peeling off everywhere, the 1987 television only had 8 channels, the skylight over the pool was leaking rain water into the pool, the housekeeping staff all talked as if they were truck drivers in their previous career, and at check out i was overcharged by almost $50.....although I would have not known this if I hadn't asked for my receipt. Andy and Deanna were great for the whole 1 1\\2 yrs we planned our wedding they always got back to us in a timely manner the food was awesome and staff was great the hotel rooms were beautiful and clean and awesome pool and breakfast didn't hear any complaints from any of our guests Thank you so much for making our wedding beautiful
Mixed feelings. The room was very clean and comfortable although strangely there was no clock and the tv only had a handful of channels. The wifi also was very unreliable. They also only have 3 luggage carts in the whole hotel, so when I checked in I had to use some sort of dolly they had. What makes me drop my rating from 4 stars to 1 was that they are in a huge hurry to get you out. When I checked in at 12:30am after a long drive I requested a late check out. Very nice place, the beds are wonderful and the staff are so nice. Andy Cullen is managing our wedding and is the best!!!!!
