I had a great experience here. I thought the GPU I installed myself was bad. Turns out the PCIE extension cable and the slot on the motherboard were damaged (my bad). They fixed the problem quickly and got everything working. I'm gaming again!
The team here was extremely helpful. I brought in my pc thinking it was an issue with the motherboard and they initially thought that was the issue too. Upon getting a new motherboard and realizing that was not the problem, they immediately informed me and helped with the following warranty claim that I had to deal with.
