Business owner damaged my laptop further than when it was given to him. He then proceeded to blame me, and insisted the damage was there before when it wasn’t. I would NOT trust this business, especially with how the owner handled the situation rather than taking any form of ownership of the situation he caused.
Cleaned out my fans, and replaced the thermal paste. Was very kind and helpful. Thank you so much.
