First time at salon. Read most reviews , all were positive and helped me make my decision to go there for a haircut. Lisa attended to me and I loved how she took her time for a consultation. I had an appointment scheduled for today and waiter for a whole hour but noone showed up to cut my hair. When I asked for assistance a staff member told me to wait and I’ll be catered to but noone showed up and after waiting for more than an hour I had to come back. Pathetic experience
