Came 10 minutes early and walked around for a couple of minutes to see how things looked in the immediate neighborhood. At five minutes till the scheduled tour (with an emailed confirmation), we came and began seeking access so that we would not be late for our appointment. Great location... That's the only bonus that comes with living in the Colonel. Unfortunately, my overall experience here has been far from pleasant, and that's because Rosa. She is, without a doubt, the most unprofessional member of a building leasing staff I've ever encountered. Her lack of accountability when addressing concerns is frustrating, and her responses, whether through email or in person, have been consistently rude. Booked a tour, much attitude on the phone, arrived the day after at the time we arranged, no one showed up, no one picked up the phone.
The building is un safe. There is no security. There is no action taken following continual notice provided to management concerning the safety of the building following break ins, robberies, and unauthorized long term access gained by non-tenants. This is a common experience of tenants. Day to day maintenance is unresponsive and often results in tickets being opened for prolonged periods of time without resolution.
