Great location... That's the only bonus that comes with living in the Colonel. Unfortunately, my overall experience here has been far from pleasant, and that's because Rosa. Costs $500 just to apply, on the promise that it’s returned if you are are not approved. I was not approved, which is fine, but have waited over two months now to receive my $500 back, without much of a response from the office. They often do not answer my calls at all, and when they do it’s just “I’ll have to get back to you, I don’t see that application on file.”
The Colonel has a 3.3 star rating with 17 reviews.
The Colonel is open now. It will close at 6:00 p.m.
