Surly staff, app didn’t work so had to go up front to order, took ages to get my coffee and when it arrived, it was half full and the cup was absolutely filthy - dried coffee all over the cup and filthy lip

Unprofessional staff. Very bad experience.the kitchen staff was busy in chitchatting and passing the time. They were least bothered to serve the food.
One star is too much. Don't waste your money. Food is horrendous.
The choc pistachio iced latte was the worst drink I’ve had in a long time. It was overly sugary. Super disappointing.
