Stephanie Payan, the installation team, and Closet Factory were amazing! The deal was sealed by Stephanie’s patience, professionalism, and her design - let me tell you why. We booked 2 quotes on the same day, hours apart. The first company sent a designer who showed up 30 minutes late. What was supposed to be an hour long consultation turned into almost 3 hours, cutting into our appointment with Stephanie. Working with Jennifer Lavoie on my husband’s and my closet was wonderful. Jennifer knows her stuff…. the design and functionality was perfect. She was very patient, and communicated extremely well all of the things to consider and our closets turned out beautifully. The install was just as great. The workmen showed up when they were supposed to, ready to work. All were professional, courteous, and clean. The quality is exceptional. I would highly recommend Jennifer and Closet Factory.

This company really went above and beyond to suit our needs on our new closet! We knew that our closet was going to need to be replaced, as it was 30+ years old and was slowly but surely failing. Great experience, first our designer Cynthia B. was very thorough and communicating with us all through the completion of our closet. Secondly the installers, David and Ricardo were very polite, courteous and make sure the entry way were protected with covers all the way through upstairs. They both did excellent job in installing our closet. They are personable and funny. You can tell that they work together well. Thirdly, the office/accounting very efficient. Overall, we highly recommend Closet Factory!
