My wife and I have a pantry and liquor cabinet that were in need of some TLC. We chose Closet Factory to solve our mess. Claudia is very professional, experienced, and easy with whom to work, which is what we needed because of the odd dimensions of our projects. Amazing Job! My wife stops in front of the pantry every time she passes it now, in order to just stare!
Annie R was the absolute best-she helped us design the most amazing walk-in closet ever, which is now one of my favorite rooms in our house. She was so friendly and attentive and worked quickly to turn around ideas so that we ended up with exactly what we wanted.
BUYER BEWARE !! Do not have Laura as a consultant. She miss represented the scope of the project. Assured me that the estimate included backs. Cabinets do not have backs and you must pay extra for them. Also she did not measure correctly causing over an hour delay while new shelves were cut and delivered. Now I have to paint the closet walls

She always responded to all our questions or edits through texts or emails. She helped design some cabinets specifically for our shoes and a small bench to sit on.
