I call left a message with details of what I would like done. No call back. I emailed from their web site, twice. They said they will get back to me the next day. I said OK. Four days later, I did my second email. Crickets. I made a point to wait until winter visitors had left town so they would not use that excuse. I am sure they deserve five stars but not from me.
The Cleaning B’s do such an amazing job helping keep our house clean. They go above and beyond every time and are very responsive to our messages. They are the best choice for keeping our rental ready for guests.
They always do a great job!! They are always available even on short notice!!! Always respond back quickly!!
The Cleaning B’s have been cleaning for us since we first opened our Airbnb over a year ago. Whether it’s busy season or we have a few sporadic rentals through the year, this cleaning company is always able to fit us in and clean the house with timeliness and attention to detail. They have not only helped us maintain 5 stars for cleanliness they have also gone above and beyond and helped us with things that have contributed to an excellent customer service rating.
I have always been very happy with the way my house is so nice and clean when they are done.
