The past two cleaning were pretty good. Not sure what was going on with this one. The did not wear shoe covers. I provided them after I notice them walking with street shoes on my bedroom carpet. One of the ladies laid the duster on my recliner and I had to ask her to remove it. The did not clean the stove top, dust the countertops or bookcases and soaked the floors where I had to follow up to dry up the water. They emptied the garbage in the past but did not do it this time. See the attached pictures. SMH
