I have used this company for a few years and recently their work has been exceptional. Every room is spotless, attention to detail is better than ever and they always leave my home looking and feeling fresh. They're dependable, professional and take pride in their work. Team 11 is overall a good (potentially excellent) team. They listened carefully at the beginning to my review of the importantly points. And they followed most of the things: though, at the end, I had to ask to vacuum a dusty spot under my bed, in the masterbedroom, and to clean again the internal carpeted stairs (very difficult to clean because of the hair of my daughters that get stuck).
