My house is cleaned by Team 13 - Rose, Maria, Megan - they are all doing a very good job and I am happy to come home to a clean house! Great work Team 13!!!
I have had Patti Baxter (Team 16) clean my house for many years. I am very happy with the service. Patti always does a good and complete job. I have a difficult house to clean because of many small items on surfaces, etc. However, these items and the entire house are always treated with respect. I like using the Cleaning Authority because on those rare occasions when Patti is not available (taking a well-deserved vacation perhaps) another team is assigned, with no action necessary on my part.

I have been using the Cleaning Authority for over a year, and my home is usually cleaned by Diana who does an excellent job. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done properly. I just love the way my home looks after she has been here. I would highly recommend her and this company to clean your home.
We will be filing a police report for 2 stolen items that we know of at our last cleaning. I don't know which one of the 3 people (Courtney, Heather, Tiffany) took the 2 pieces of jewelry from me and my wife's drawers but thanks for nothing.
My husband's ex hired them to clean his house after she moved out. When they didn't finish the job in the time she had allotted, they are now trying to saddle my husband with the bill. He didn't hire them and had nothing to do with the transaction. Terrible company.
We just hired them one month ago. They've been to my house twice and both times there were things that weren't clean. It is frustrating! Especially this last time when you walk in the front door and immediately see the carpet wasn't vacuumed. My husband called them and they said they would send someone out but he just cleaned and vacuumed the areas they missed. We are giving them one more chance and then moving on.
