I have been using the Cleaning Authority for about five years. I like that I have a regular team and I can count on them to do a great job. The ladies are friendly, courteous, and reliable. My regular person on team 40 is Josefina and her new partner is Jackie. I know not all teams are the same but I have been very lucky with mine.
We use Team 17 exclusively! They are cordial, skilled and professional. An added bonus is that they are friendly to each other while they are working. We have never had an instance where we have not been able to talk with them about anything big or small. We trust our home with them when we are not here. They perform their job well and with good spirits. Michelle and Wennett are the best!
Awful Management (Karen) RUDE and inconsiderate. I would never recommend them. I saw the insides of this business, and they treat their employees like crap. Which says a lot...

I've had Cleaning Authority service our condo for over 5 years. I am completely satisfied. The response in the main Columbia office has been really great for any request I have asked. Team #32 Megan and Amanda have been coming for a few months now. Always on time and excellent cleaning. Pleasant and efficient.
