I'm extremely disappointed that we weren't even given an estimate after setting up an appointment. I thoroughly explained our requests and situations to two different people on the phone who "made notes". If you have multiple pets, The Cleaning Authority is not equipped to handle your needs.

Office people I dealt with were extremely pleasant. Our home had Christy and Heather...we were never at home while they were there. Some of the times they can they were not very detailed. Dusting was not done very well. Sometimes mirrors were cleaned with the wrong substance and left spotted mark. Company did offer to come out and fix what wasn't done, but we decided to drop the service. Good luck to other.
The ladies do an excellent job and the house feels and smells so fresh when they leave. Thankful for this service.
Lily and Sylvia are awesome! Always do a great job.
Not only did they leave my garbage sitting 3 feet from the can, my seven-year-old could have done a better job in our living room. If only I had the ability to post pictures. And when I called to cancel my service I was hung up on.
