There was not one thing that turned me off. Personal with a good vibe and a beast of a (SPIN) ride. I am a instructor & thoroughly loved rocking it out for an hour!!!

My fiancé and I had so much fun!!! Killer workout! Deborah really organized the class so well, hitting total body points and mixed up the movements to keep us interested and laughing. It wasn’t but a short beat off that we were able to follow along and keep up. The music and her energy kept us going and pushing hard. I can’t wait to come back for more. Loved, loved, loved, her class to pieces. I’m totally sore today lol
