The dental technician I had was very quick - thorough but quick - it was most appreciated!
If you can believe it, I actually look forward to my visits to the dentist! Everyone is friendly, kind and knowledgeable; all problems and possible solutions are thoroughly explained; you are known on a first name basis by the entire staff; they have great music playing all the time; and my teeth look fabulous! I would refer anyone I know to this dental practice.
You guys are always excellent.

Have been going there so long can't remember when I started---always treated well and promptly for emergencies---staff is always pleasant and accomodating--- Even now I continue to travel some distance in order to have DR. Short's care---- Richard Burns ps---feel free to edit if have records that go back that far put in date-as started in Billerica with him
