You did a great job best experience I have had with a dentist in all my years of living.
It is frustrating that I had to make another appointment to correct the issue. Your staff was very courteous and efficient in rescheduling my appointment.
Carmen was wonderful. She gave me a local anesthetic before cleaning my teeth, which is the first time that has ever been offered to me. Susan was very helpful about calling my previous dentist for x-rays. I was very impressed by the professionalism of your practice.
Ashley is a fantastic hygienist. She's always so careful to make me comfortable. I had a problem with a sensitive tooth for years, and since she's been cleaning my teeth the problem is gone and I no longer fear sitting in the chair. It's always a very positive experience. I told Ashley that she must never leave!! :) Everyone else in the office is also wonderful, helpful, and very friendly and welcoming. I was very nervous going into this appointment but I felt that Dr. Short and his staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The appointment was much better than I was expecting. I have already recommended The Classic smile to friends and i will continnue to do so.
DR. Short is so personable and kind. The dentist's office has not been my favorite destination in the past. He always makes me feel so comfortable. Keep the jokes coming.
I met the new part time hygienist, Carmen. She is a professional and an asset to the team.
Everyone was great from Susan at front to the curly red haired lady to Dr. Short.
