We opened The Classic at Roanoke's doors with a desire to serve a world-class menu in a casual, relaxed setting, where we could build a community around food. Our fare has never been limited by continent or region, and Chef Charles Youts' weekly features are as likely to hail from the Pacific Rim as they are from his childhood home in West Texas. The best restaurant in the area!! The chef came to our table at least 3 times to make sure we liked everything. The general manger came by. More than all the special treatment we felt like we recieived the food was amazing!!!

Me and my husband were visiting from England and staying with friends. They had never been here before so we decided to check it out. What can I say the service from the staff was exceptional a very warm welcome and from start to finishing our time there nothing was too much trouble. Food is out of this world there were 5 of us 4 adults and one child we had a variation of meals from Steaks,Rack of lamb,Pork and Salmon everyone enjoyed every morsel. Signature entrees are superb. Jim had a delicious salmon & I indulged in Jagerschnitzel w/ mushroom sauce. The flavors were a party in my mouth!!
