They have fake apartment listings for non available units! I called off work for a tour I had scheduled with them all for there to be no one there. I called every number and could never even reach a human. Do not waste your time
To expensive
The primary issue with the citadel is the lack of security and support from the building manager/Borger. It's a very low priority and ANY issues that come up tied to security or safety are a very low priority, which is a big issues living in a Washington DC.
I have had a great experience at the Citadel apartments. Very quick turnaround for any items that need attention, it has been great!
