Borger is a company with so much potential, but the staff they hire to “manage” the buildings are all borderline ignorant people, who can not or who choose not to read emails, communicate professionally, or act with any sense of decency after they’ve swindled you in to signing a lease. It’s almost impossible to setup a tour to see an apartment or get in contact with them. I have been trying to schedule a tour since last Monday. I have left over 10 calls their voice mail is full and not received one call back.
We found pictures of the Citadel online and immediately fell in love with the 1 bed /1 bath for the open concept, stainless steel appliances, and convenient location. Lawren (the staff we have been working with) has been extremely communicative, prompt in returning our emails / calls, and has been willing to work with us (despite our far away move date - we are looking for August 1).
