Message from The Cinnamon Tree As new owners of The Cinnamon Tree, we wanted to let everyone know that a lot of the negative comments made were before we bought the spa several months back. Since our new ownership, we have made sure that the spa is clean, sanitary, and thanks to the feedback, the beds are always heated. With new ownership came all new staff. Cinnamon Tree is Greaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat The CT was wonderful Great staff, warm,inviting, great hair dresser (Jenn). There are bad days for all of us. On those days run to The CT for a great day. I know I did and even my family noticed I was a much happier Mom. Take the time people you won't regret it.
EXCELLENT SERVICE!! My daughter was diagnosed with Transverse Myletis, a spinal cord infection, who also broke out with a severe face rash. She and I had the best experience with a mini facial, body soak and massage package. My daughter??s face was so full of bacteria that the co-owner had to take twice as much time to do her face thoroughly. She also did a special consultation with my daughter informing her of what products to use, how to use them, how to re-wash her sheets, what foods to stay away from, etc.
Cinnamon Tree is awful I went to Cinnamon Tree for a pedicure and was highly disappointed with the service. There were no jets running for bubbles, no music, bad decor and not relaxing at all. The exfoliater that was used burned my legs for hours afterwards. Not worth the $55 charge! Would never go back or recommend them to anyone. Save your $$$!!
Cinnamon Tree is AwFUL!!!! My mom and I went to C.T. to use a gift card that was received a couple of years ago. There was no expiration date, nor does the business have a policy stating a limitations policy! When we inquired information in-store, the receptionist and business owner/representative, were very rude and unprofessional. Birthday gift Went to cinnamon tree for pedicure (most expensive one) for my 45th birthday. This place was a joke. Carpets were dirty, bad paint job. Very uncomfortable chairs should not even put my head back. The staff was very un-professional. No Eye contact -poorly skilled at massage. She kept leaving the room instead of massaging my feet. No spa music for relaxation--used an alarm clock CD player with inappropriate CD (rock). My friend got her foot cut by her pedicure --- rubbed her skin right off with exfoliator. Worst ... read more
More Relaxed Than Ever! I received a gift package for my birthday. I was treated to a spa pedicure and manicure, a facial, and a massage! It was the best day ever. Everyone made me feel at home and even got me lunch. I've been coming back once a month; I'm hooked!
Cinnamon Tree Is WONDERFUL The Cinnamon tree offers it all! Hair design , all massage therapy, skin care experts, manicures, pedicures, a cute little boutique and much much more. You can buy a package to use all day and just get relaxed and de-stressed. Their Team is great.
