Message from The Cinnamon Tree As new owners of The Cinnamon Tree, we wanted to let everyone know that a lot of the negative comments made were before we bought the spa several months back. Since our new ownership, we have made sure that the spa is clean, sanitary, and thanks to the feedback, the beds are always heated. With new ownership came all new staff. Already made my next appointment I recently visited The Cinnamon Tree spa and salon and had an amazing experience. I had a cut/color and a facial. The stylist and aesthetician were knowledgeable and very talented. The entire staff were super friendly and helpful. They pamper you like a princess and do not try to rush you out of there too quickly. I will definitely be coming back soon!
Had an amazing day! I recently went to the Cinnamon Tree and had a really nice experience! I had a full spa day with a massage, facial, and then a new haircut/highlight and style! The esthetician was A-mazing and my massage was fantastic! I love my new hairdo, I've been getting compliments left & right. The entire staff was nothing but helpful and really friendly, I felt right at home. It was a very cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend Cinnamon Tree! Thanks, ladies!
My Quest Is Over! My Cinnamon Tree experience was absolutely wonderful! Since my hair stylist moved out of state, I have been on a quest to find a stylist that could give me a good "styled" haircut, and believe me, this is not an easy task. With pictures in hand, I have been to quite a few upscale salons in the area, but in the end, always walked out with the same thing--an average, basic cut. Very Disappointed Went with two friends for a spa pedicure here and I'd have to say it did not meet my expectations. The girls were not properly trained and didn't know what they were doing. All in all in came across unprofessional and not as a relaxing spa like I was hoping for.
soccermom10 I absolutely loved everything about this place. I have recommended this place to 8 different people and they loved the stylists and service they received there. I used to live in Chicago and have been in some pretty high end salons and spa's and this place is about as good as it gets. I also really liked the stylist named heather. She is new and is about as nice as can be. Come to think of it, everybody in there was real nice and treated me very kindly. I highly recommend this place to anybody in the area.
Bland and boring. I am not a snob, but I have had the pleasure of receiving treatment at many upscale spas. The Cinnamon Tree's prices are those of an upscale spa but the service is less than desirable. I had a specialty facial which cost more than the average facial at any spa, and the room was cold, the bed was un heated, the music was awful (jazz?) and the aesthetician was not knowledgable. SNOBS You know Rita, You are a princess. Who do yopu think you are? The world doesnt spin around you. I have NOT heard one bad thing about the Cimmamon Tree. All of the staff were amazing every single time WE were there. YOU are what makes people miserable.. I feel sorry for you and your husband. You are a full pledged SNOB!! Shame on this Spa! I received a gift card from my husband for both Mother's Day in May and my birthday in August to the Cinnamon Tree. So I arrive this very evening to the spa. The receptionist took my card and off I went for my sixty minute relaxation massage. Upon completion of an average massage upon a cold bed,(Seriously, it's December in NWI, warm the darn beds!) Cinnamon Tree great day. i agree with the excellent service i had a gift card that i had had for years and becuse of family issuse was unable to get around to using it but when i did ther was no problem i recived a massage pedicure and facial the staff was above and beyond and the decore was was beautiful i even asked for th decorators name could not have been more pleased with the whole experiance
