I checked in 3/15/16 to have my baby boy and all hell broke loose from that point on... While my nurse knew I was contracting back to back I continued pressing the button I was told to press on my bed if I needed assistance only to not get a response because the button was broken which I found out after almost an hour of pressing it and sending family to find the nurse. They will bill you incorrectly, under a false name, then leave your kids homeless after taking everything from you because you were unaware a bill even existed
Absolutely the best hospital in tristate area! Very caring and knowledgeable staff. I felt as those they were truly concerned for me. All my care is now based out of Christ!
Love my Dr. but good grief trying to set up the online billing is a NIGHTMARE. Why is there no online chat to help me? Calling the billing dept is terrible since you have to wait at the very least 10 min to get someone. Not very intuitive or helpful.
Christ hospital has the worst customer care ever I took my daughter there for migraines consistent vomiting and we were there for over an hour she was having trouble she vomited least 5 times so we left to go to childrens !
I had an out patient surgery done today on the 8th floor. Everyone was great and very compassionate. As a nurse I know the flow of things and they were amazing! I'm pretty sure my nurse was Lillian and she deserves a ton of Kudos! Thank you so much!
My daughter has been in the behavioral health unit. She has special needs. I am her legal guardian. Day 4 and I have not heard from a doctor. As of yesterday she was not assisted with getting a shower. No changes in anything. I have called Patient relations, the unit that she is on, and social work services. Yes I have been there in person and I continue to get no answers.
Sat around 2 hours in an emergency room. Wasn't even seen. Left to go to another hospital that cares. Meanwhile the nurses talked about their weekend plans and didn't seem very busy or concerned that I came in with chest pains, shortness of breath and was vomiting. Was never checked on, just told to wait while other patients were sent back before me time and time again. This was my experience, don't let it be yours, go somewhere else.
