After working there for 7 years and recommending the er staff to friends and family, the way that I was treated for after care from a surgery was horrible. I was there for post op pain in an incision and was treated like I was a junkie there just for pain meds. The nurse is had was rude and very uncompassionate and the dr was worse. They drugged me up and then told me they knew I just wanted the meds and sent me about my way still in pain. Never asking if I needed any help or anything.
Went into the emergency room with what turned out to be a kidney stone. It was a 45 minute wait but they could tell I was in intense pain and got me in after 20 minutes and continued to work tirelessly to help me. This place is full of friendly, hardworking people.
If I could I've negative stars I would. We delivered our boy in late 2014. Few days later got a hospital bill and paid in full. 18 months later we get a bill for $5,500 from a collections agency saying we didn't pay another bill (our sons part of the L&D). Never received a bill, and our insurance company never received a claim from the hospital . This is my favorite hospital! I recently delivered my baby boy at Christ & they treated me like royalty, Everyone was so helpful, kind, & wonderful! I had my daughter at Good Sam back in 2010 & have that to compare it to. My experience at both hospitals was as different as night & day. Christ is good & clean, Good Sam was bad & filthy. Staff at Christ were wonderful, staff at Good Sam were rude & nasty. I will never visit another hospital now that I have experienced the care at Christ. Thank you Christ Hospital!
ER visits are sketchy, really depends on how busy they are and what doctor is working. I had surgery on 8/3 and ended up in the ER with arm pain. Long story short, left in the same condition I arrived in. Called my surgeon and was basically told to deal with it. Stay Away if you can! I have retained an attorney.
Worst hospital ive ever been to. Went because I couldn't stop puking which caused me to faint 3 times. As a result injured both knees and my lower back. Sat there for 3 hours for an EKG. I limped out the door and left. I wouldnt go back there even if i was dying. Place is a joke. I would love to see them try and charge me for anything.
Rude staff who talks about people. Super ghetto and they talkz lik dis boi! They won't help anyone who needs it because it sits in the heart of pill popping heroin users.
